The Inside/Out Lecture Series is organised by the Interior Design Programme in the School of Architecture at the Royal College of Art. In 2020, Robert Storey was invited to give a lecture, called ‘Contemporary Interiors; Melting into Hybrid Space’. Going through a selection of our set design and spatial design projects, the talk examined how our studio practise blends different disciplines and spatial typologies to create immersive environments that sit in between boundaries, categories and emerging definitions of contemporary hybrid space.
